How can I book a session?
All treatments are booked exclusively through our website or app. As we are a single-therapist studio, early planning is recommended, especially for peak times.
How far in advance should I book?
Please book at least 24 hours in advance. We review and confirm all bookings at the end of each day to prepare your session properly.
Can I cancel my appointment?
Yes – cancellations can be made online at any time up to 12 hours before your appointment, and are free of charge. Simply create an account or download the app Spaces, and join Zensations holistic therapy to Manage your appointment. If you cannot cancel online, please inform us via email: info@thrive-holistics.de.
