Cancellation Policy
Create an account online to be able to cancel or re-schedule your session at your own convenience, up to 12 hours before your session starts. Or simply contact us 24 hours prior to your appointment via the chat, or email us at thriveholistics.frankfurt@gmail.com if you do not wish to create an account. Should you decide to cancel a package before all sessions have been completed, the sessions already utilized will be charged at the single-session rate (€64 per session). The remaining balance after recalculating at the single-session rate will be refunded to you. Example: If you purchased an 8-session pack (€435) but used only 3 sessions before canceling, the 3 sessions will be charged at €64 × 3 = €192, and the refund will be €435 − €192 = €243. No refunds will be issued once all sessions in a package have been used. Cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours before the next scheduled session.
